Waveland Technologies is a clearinghouse which manages transactions including eligibility, insurance discovery, demographic verification, propensity to pay and financial assistance. Innovative Lab Solutions provides outsourced billing services which can include the use of Waveland’s clearinghouse/transactional services. ILS and Waveland have shared clients and together we help them accelerate cash, reduce edit queues, reduce or eliminate correspondence, and reduce human intervention.

We are a collaborative, thought leading and proactive partner to Waveland. They have a comprehensive approach which extends beyond what most outsourced billing companies offer. Bad, incomplete, obsolete data are unfortunate trends in the industry that our combined solutions help solve. Waveland fixes lots of data issues without manual intervention, but our system needs to be “trained” and ILS provides input to help automate both easy and difficult tasks.
